How long do I keep access to the app and content?

Can I customize my workout program?
Yes. The app allows flexibility in exercises to suit your preferences and equipment availability. You can adjust movements to fit your preferences and equipment options. In addition to the EDGE programs, you can even build your own custom program and use the EDGE app for built-in progression inside your own program.
Is there support with tracking progress?
Absolutely. EDGE allows you to log your lifts, track weight, and monitor progress photos over time. EDGE also maintains weekly and monthly outlooks to show multiple views of your progress. Staying consistent with tracking helps keep you motivated and shows how far you've come. In addition, EDGE keeps a log of every day ever tracked for viewing.
I'm a trader. As an EDGE member, I get full access to the Victory Desk. What does this include?
You get full access to one of the best trading journals on the market. You can add unlimited accounts, get unlimited analysis, and have unlimited backtesting credits to trade price action exactly how it printed live for any day all the way back to 2010. You can even log this data to track your results. It is all included for EDGE members.
