Last updated: August 2026. EDGE is operated by Victory Unit LLC ("EDGE", "we", "us"), a Florida limited liability company. By creating an account or using EDGE you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use EDGE. By using EDGE you confirm that you are 18 or older.

2. Your membership

EDGE is a paid subscription sold and billed through Whop. Your membership renews automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your Whop account; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

3. No refunds

All sales are final and EDGE does not issue refunds, including for partially used billing periods, forgotten renewals, or unused access. If you no longer want EDGE, cancel before your next renewal date.

4. Your account

Your account is personal to you. Do not share your login, and do not allow anyone else to use your access. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that share access, attempt to bypass payment, or misuse the service.

5. Our content

All training programs, nutrition guidance, videos, written material, graphics and software in EDGE are owned by Victory Unit LLC and are licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, record, download, redistribute, resell, publish, or use our content to build or train any competing product or service, including any machine learning model.

6. Third-party services

EDGE relies on third parties including Whop (payments and membership), Supabase (data storage), Discord (community), Vercel (hosting) and an AI provider used to estimate nutrition from food photos. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. Links to other sites, including Victory Trading Desk, are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

7. Availability

We aim to keep EDGE available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, programs and content may change, be added, or be removed over time.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

EDGE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Victory Unit LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of EDGE, including injury, health outcomes, or financial loss. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of EDGE after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Last updated: August 2026. This policy explains what Victory Unit LLC collects through EDGE, why, and what happens to it.

What we collect

Account information — your email address, and membership status received from Whop.

Training data — workouts, sets, reps, weights, cardio, and completed days that you log.

Nutrition data — food entries, calorie and macro targets, and any food photos you choose to analyze.

Body data — weigh-ins, measurements, notes, and progress photos that you choose to upload.

We do not collect this information from anywhere else. Everything above is entered or uploaded by you.

How we use it

To run the app: to show your programs, track your progress, calculate your targets, and keep your history available across devices. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored in our database (Supabase) and tied to your account. Progress photos, measurements and notes are private to your account. They are not shown to other members and are not published anywhere.

Food photo analysis

If you use the photo feature to estimate nutrition, that image is sent to a third-party AI provider to generate the estimate and returned to you. Images sent for analysis are not used to identify you and are not published. If you would rather not use this feature, you can log food manually instead.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to operate EDGE — payments and membership (Whop), data storage (Supabase), hosting (Vercel), and the AI provider described above. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists so your history stays intact if you resubscribe. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by emailing jdastra3@gmail.com.

Your choices

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email jdastra3@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We use industry-standard providers and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Age

EDGE is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and note it in the app.

Victory Unit LLC is not a medical provider. Nothing in EDGE — including programs, exercise demonstrations, calorie and macro targets, or any estimate the app produces — is a diagnosis, treatment, or prescription, and none of it should replace advice from a qualified physician or registered dietitian.

Consult your physician before beginning this or any exercise or nutrition program, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, are under medical care, take prescription medication, or have or suspect any heart, blood pressure, metabolic, joint, or musculoskeletal condition, an eating disorder, or any other health concern.

Assumption of risk

Strength training, cardiovascular exercise and dietary change carry inherent risks including injury and, in rare cases, serious harm. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk. By using EDGE you accept those risks and agree that Victory Unit LLC is not responsible for any injury, illness, or loss that results.

Listen to your body

Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, dizziness, faintness, shortness of breath, or sharp or unusual pain. Never train through pain, and use a spotter and appropriate equipment for heavy lifts.

Targets are estimates

Calorie and macro numbers in EDGE are produced by standard formulas using the details you enter. They are starting estimates, not prescriptions, and individual needs vary widely. Nutrition estimated from a photo is an approximation and should not be relied on for medical or clinical purposes.

Results vary

No specific outcome is promised or guaranteed. Results depend on genetics, effort, consistency, sleep, stress, medical history and many other factors outside our control.

Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Read this before acting on anything in the Trading section.

Education only

The trading mentorships, replays, commentary and tools offered through EDGE are educational and are provided for general informational purposes. They are not investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Nothing here is tailored to your personal financial circumstances.

We are not licensed advisors

Victory Unit LLC is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or futures commission merchant. We do not manage money, place trades for members, or provide individualized recommendations. Consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

Risk of loss

Futures, options and leveraged products carry a high degree of risk and can result in losses that exceed your initial deposit. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely. Prop firm evaluations charge fees, most participants do not pass, and passing an evaluation does not guarantee any payout.

No guarantee of profit

Nothing in EDGE promises or guarantees profit. Any trades, screenshots, account balances, payouts, or results shown are illustrative examples of one individual's experience. They are not typical, they are not a promise of your results, and they should not be understood as an earnings claim.

Past performance

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Hypothetical, simulated and backtested results have inherent limitations: they are prepared with the benefit of hindsight, involve no real financial risk, and do not account for the effect of real market conditions or emotion on decision-making.

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes. Victory Unit LLC accepts no liability for any trading loss incurred by any member.
